Problem Note 39993: In SASĀ® Space Planning, an error occurs when you are adding products to a planogram in which the orientation is not equal to zero
In SAS Space Planning 5.11, you receive the following error when you add products to a planogram that has been oriented to 90 degrees:
A shelf could not be identified to place this product. Do you want the product to have Planogram (unassigned) as its parent?
To work around this problem, change the planogram's orientation to 0 and save before you add products to the planogram. Then add products to the planogram and save. Finally, reset the planogram orientation to 90 degrees and save again.
